You must have a support ticket number. The support ticket number is in the format [VFI-XXXXX] where XXXXX is a 5 digit number. If you do not have a support ticket number, these are the steps you need to take:

1. Email support@vcart.com and explain in detail what modifications you wish to make.
2. You will be quoted the time it will take to make the modifications.
3. Enter your cart ID, quoted time and support ticket number.
4. Add the item to the cart.
